  • How does the digital self-check-in work? / How does the self-check-in process work?
    You check in with us without reception. There is a self-check-in terminal in the entrance area. Your reservation can be found by entering your last name or reservation number. You pay for your stay with an EC or credit card at the terminal and receive your room card at the end. (Check-In in Weder is an exception and uses a mailbox code.) Procedure: Select language (German flag) Arriving with a reservation? select YES Enter last name or reservation number Check reservation details > OK Payment by EC card or credit card via the payment terminal on the right (if the company has assumed the costs, this step will be skipped) Fill in the data for the registration form on the screen at the same time: Nationality Residential land Address and date of birth The room card will be created after successful payment The room number will appear on the screen and will be printed You will receive the invoice by e-mail on the day of check-out. If you wish to change your billing address, please send us an email to be@luxstay.de ENG: You check in without a reception at our locations. Simply check-in via our self-check-in terminal located in the entrance area of the building. You will be identified by entering your last name or reservation number. Payment will be processed via the terminal as well. We accept debit or credit cards. After successful check-in, the terminal provides your room key card. (The check-in for Werder works with a mailbox code. You will receive check-in instructions for Werder 7 days before arrival.) Check in process: Select language Arrival with reservation? Select YES Enter your last name or reservation number Check reservation details > OK Proceed with payment with your credit or debit card via the card terminal on the right side (in case of a corporate cost coverage this step will be skipped) Parallelly, please enter your personal information for the registration form: nationality Country of residence Address and date of birth The room key will be issued once payment was successful Your room number will be shown on screen and printed You will receive your invoice via email on the day of check-out.   • How do I open the main entrance door? / How do I open the main door of the building?
    You can open the main entrance door by swiping any EC card or credit card through the gray card reader. You can then push open the door. ENG: Please swipe any debit or credit card through the gray card reader and push the door open. (card will not be charged).
  • How do I get my bill? / How do I receive my invoice?
    You will receive your invoice by e-mail on the day of check-out. Please make sure in advance that we have received your company address and e-mail address when booking. You are welcome to email us your billing information at any time to be@luxstay.de. ENG: You will receive your invoice via email on the day of check-out. Please make sure to submit your required billing address and e-mail address at the time of booking. To make changes to your billing address or e-mail address, please send us an e-mail at be@luxstay.de.
  • How does the check-out work? / How does the check-out process work?
    Check-out is at 12:00 p.m. Please leave your room card in the room and close the room door behind you. ENG: Please check out until 12:00pm (noon). Simply leave your room key in the room and close the door behind you.
