2. Processing and deletion

2.1 40feet / Luxstay can, on its own initiative or at the request of the user, complete, correct or delete incomplete, incorrect or outdated personal data that is stored by 40feet / luxstay in connection with the operation of this website.
2.2 40feet / luxstay deletes personal data immediately within the framework of the statutory provisions at the instigation of the person entitled, unless this is contrary to mandatory statutory retention requirements.
